July 4th is just a couple weeks away! If you’re planning to host an Independence Day party in your Bozman Farms home, here are six America-themed essentials:
Independence Day and grilling go hand-in-hand. There are the basics like burgers, hot dogs, sausage and chicken. Then there’s Honey-Glazed Baby Back Ribs with Whiskey Marinade, Loaded Baked Potato Salad and Dr. Pepper Baked Beans! Take your cookout to the next level by trying out a new recipe or two.

Nothing says America like a layout full of tasty sweets colored red, white and blue! The desserts can be simple, such as cupcakes with white frosting and red Twizzlers on the top, or you can go all out. Try making an America Cake, Strawberry Shortcake No-Churn Ice Cream, or America Pie! Be sure to decorate the dessert table with flags, plates and even red, white and blue napkins.
While everyone enjoys the delicious food and desserts on July 4th, a bowl of seasonal fruit like strawberries, blueberries and watermelon will give your guests a refreshing and healthy snack for a hot, summer day.
The Photo Booth
A photo booth complete with America-themed props is a great way to create lasting memories at your party! Include a simple backdrop, maybe a navy blue fabric, some streamers and something that says “July 4th, 2016”!
No party is complete without a good selection of drinks for the adults. There’s Red, White & Blue Sangria, Boozy Snow Cones or Firecracker Punch! You can also make any of these drinks without alcohol so the kids can enjoy too.
The Fire Pit
Once the night begins to wind down, there’s nothing like sitting around a fire, exchanging stories, jokes and great conversation with your guests.
This Fourth of July is going to be one to remember! With these party essentials, your guests won’t be able to wait for Round 2 in 2017!
